  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna drained
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise creamy
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 4 slices tomato juicy
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, mayo, Dijon mustard, parsley, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Flip two slices butter-side down. Add tuna mixture, tomato, and mozzarella on top.
  • Top with remaining slices, buttered side up.
  • In skillet over medium heat, grill until golden and cheese is melted, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Remove, slice sandwiches in half, and serve hot.

Notes

Try with pepper jack for a spicier twist! Great for freezing and reheating later.
