  • 2 Cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 bag Frozen peas and carrots (12 ounce bag)
  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit mix including seasoning packet
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup small can
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 stick Butter about 8 tablespoons (113 grams)

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Melt your butter in a big pot over medium heat to start layering in flavors.
  • Toss in the frozen peas and carrots. Cook them till warmed through, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Add shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, and milk. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring to prevent burning, until thickened.
  • Pour chicken mixture into a baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Whisk Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit mix and milk in a bowl following package directions to prepare biscuit dough.
  • Spoon dollops of biscuit dough over the chicken mixture, spacing evenly. Do not stir.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until biscuits rise and turn golden brown.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
