Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or canned.
  • 1 cup mango chunks Fresh or canned.
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup banana slices About 2 medium bananas.
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut Optional for an extra tropical touch.
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • zest of one lime

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, mango chunks, kiwi slices, strawberries, and banana slices. If desired, add shredded coconut for an extra tropical touch.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  • Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad.
  • Gently toss the fruit salad with the dressing to ensure all the pieces are coated evenly.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish. You may chill it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving, but it's also delightful at room temperature.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Tropical Fruit Salad!

Notes

Feel free to customize the salad with any of your favorite tropical fruits, such as papaya or passion fruit.
If you don’t have fresh fruits available, you can use canned fruits, but be sure to drain any syrup before adding them to the salad.
