  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Meat thermometer (optional)
  • 1 Serving platter

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces tuna steaks About 6 oz each.
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • as needed pieces fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.

  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness, aiming for 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with sides of your choice.

Notes

Tuna is best served medium-rare as it can become dry if overcooked.
You can serve this dish with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Adjust the marinade ingredients according to your taste preferences, adding spices or herbs for variation.
