In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions and form each portion into a small patty, about the size of the slider bun.
Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of oil to the pan.
Cook the turkey patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on another pan if desired.
Once the patties are done, assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun, topping with a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce. Add optional lettuce and cheese if desired.
Serve the sliders warm on a serving platter and enjoy!
