  • Add carrots, peas, potatoes, cooked chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Close and seal the pressure cooker; cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Release pressure carefully, then transfer filling to a small baking dish.
  • Cover the filling with pie crust and brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
