Close and seal the pressure cooker; cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Release pressure carefully, then transfer filling to a small baking dish.
Cover the filling with pie crust and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
