  • Add plant-based Italian sausage substitute and cook until browned.
  • Add vegetable broth and diced potatoes, then secure the lid.
  • Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release pressure.
  • Stir in chopped kale and coconut milk.
  • Simmer on sauté mode for 5 minutes until kale is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
