Instructions
Turn pressure cooker to Sauté mode and add ground beef.
Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add zucchini slices, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
Season with dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
Lock lid and set pressure cooker to High Pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
Stir well and serve hot.
Notes
You can garnish with grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
